Clinic Analysis For Second Craniotomy With Acute Brain Injury

目的:探讨急性颅脑伤术后再次出血行二次手术的原因与对策。方法:回顾性分析急性颅脑伤术后再次出现颅内血肿者28例。结果:根据格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分:恢复良好者12例,中残3例,重残3例,植物生存1例,死亡9例。结论:能否预防颅脑外伤术后再次出血及早期诊断、及时手术治疗是提高患者生存率及生存质量的关键。

Objective： To investigate the cause and coutermeasures for second craniotomy with acute brain injury. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed with 28 cases of acute, brain injury who had undergone intracranial hematoma after craniotomy. Results： 15 cases survived well, 2 cases suffered from moderate disability, 2 cases severe deficit, 1 cases vegetative and 8 cases death according to GOS. Conclusion： The key points of improve survival sates and larynx preservation were prevent re-bleeding after vrain injury, earlier diagnosis and craniotomy.
