摘要
固体或熔化石蜡作为防水添加剂，与胶料配伍不好，产品质量差。纤维板专用乳化蜡防水添加剂，颗粒度小，在纤维板制造过程中通过有效的破乳，使微小的蜡颗粒从水相析出，均匀地吸附在木纤维上，从而达到耗蜡量低、抗水性好的要求。
A new waterproof additive of emulsified wax used in the fibreboards is developed.With the small particle sizes in the process of the menufacture of fibreboard,it can deemulsify sufficiently and separate out as small particles of wax from the water phase,and adsorb evenly on the fibre.Thus it results in the lower wax consumption and better waterproof properties.
