针对鞍山地方工业停留在一般加工阶段、总体产出不高的现实,必须延展资源深加工产业链,推进科技创新,发挥钢铁产业的影响力,合理规划产业链结构,多元开发下游产品,才有可能把鞍山的资源优势最大程度地转化为经济优势。

Aimed at the fact that the industry in Anshan is staying in an ordinary phrase and its general out- put is relatively low, it＇ s necessary to elongate industrial chains in resources deepen processing. Also, the innovations in science and technology, developing the impact of iron and steel industry, reasonable maping out the structure of industrial chains and exploiting the downstream product are required to change the superiority in resources to the superiority in economy in Anshan.
