摘要
销售管理是企业经营管理活动的重要组成部分。针对传统的销售管理模式存在的诸多弊端,从鞍山市中小钢铁企业的需求出发,提出以客户为核心,以市场为导向,将CRM理念融入ERP中的解决方案,在优化企业业务流程的基础上,分析并设计了既满足企业现时需求,又能够适应未来发展的销售管理系统。
Sales management is an important constitute in enterprise management. In view of many malpractices in the traditional sales management pattern and embarking from small and medium-sized Iron and steel enterprise's demand in Anshan,a solution scheme melting CRM idea into the ERP was proposed. It takes customer as a core and market as a guide. On the base of optimizing enterprise service flow, a sale management system is designed, which can both satisfy enterprises' current needs and adapt to future developments.
