阐述了学分制条件下学籍管理工作面临的学生只注重形式、选课避难就易、选修时随意性大,可能造成学生知识结构的割裂、不系统,已有的教学管理支持服务系统和导学系统不适应要求等问题;提出了树立依法管理、以人为本的教育理念、建设一支高素质学籍管理队伍和教师队伍、建立信息化的教学管理支持服系统和导学系统、完善相关配套政策等相对措施。

The status administration work under credit-hour system is confronted with such problems as emphasizing on form, easier electives, choosing random, isolating knowledge and maladapted course direction system,etc. The corresponding steps are proposed in order to meet education requirements, which include high-level faculty and staffs, advanced teaching-support-service system and course direction system, and improving relative policy.
