介绍了一种在大功率运放OPA549基础上的数控精密恒流源设计方法。该方法采用闭环控制,大功率运放提高了输出电流,同时具有过温、电流过载保护功能,输出电流精度达到0.05%。
The article introduces a design method of numerical precision constant current source based on high-power operational amplifier. This method adopts closed loop control. The high-power operational amplifier enhances output current and provides the protect function at over-temperature or over-loaded. The precision of output current achieve 0. 05 %.
