摘要
介绍了将电容层析成像技术应用于输送带接头检测的组成及工作原理。根据图像重建实现对输送带内部钢绳分布的视觉检测,监测输送带接头断裂情况。
This paper applies electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) technology to the conveyer belt joint detection, and introduces the ECT systems components and working principle. Visual detection was realized basing on the imaging reconstruction of steel - cord distribution, which can be used to detect the joint breaking.
