摘要
本文以氨三乙酸与乙二胺的酰胺化合反应得到的三(乙二胺酰乙基)胺(NTE)作为配体,与Zn(Ⅱ)配位得到一种新的具有蛋白酶活力的配合物Zn(NTE).(ClO4)2。采用元素分析、红外光谱及差热-热重分析手段对该配合物的组成与结构进行了表征。该配合物的蛋白酶活力为7.48U/mg,比文献报道的成功的水解酶模型物三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)—锌(Ⅱ)配合物的蛋白酶活力高62%。
A new complex with the activity of proteinase, Zn (NTE) (ClO4)2, was synthesized by N, N′,N″-tris (ethyldiaminoacylmethyl) amine (NET) and zinc(Ⅱ ). The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TG-DTA analysis. The proteinase activity of the complex (7.48 U/mg) was higher by 62% than that of NBT- Zn (ClO4)2, which was a successful model of hydrolase in documents.
