摘要
利用一个容积为15 L的实验室高浓碎浆机研究了碎解参数对废纸碎解和油墨粒子不可逆再沉积的影响。实验原料包括ONP和OMG,实验在不同的浆料浓度和不同的转速条件下进行。碎解曲线遵循一级动力学方程,碎解模型与实验数据具有很好的相关性。经过一定的碎解时间,油墨粒子被碎化,细小的油墨粒子很容易进入纤维细胞腔内(微胶囊化),形成不可逆再沉积的油墨粒子。
Defibering and ink irreversible redeposition were characterized during the repulping of waster paper in a 15 L laboratory repulper. Tests on old newspaper (ONP) and old magazine (OMG) were run over variable parameters, including pulp suspension consistency and impeller rotational speeds etc.. Defibering was found to follow a first-order kinetic model, the model successfully described the repulping of waster paper in tests. After a certain pulping time, lumen loading of the smaller ink particles would occur, forming irreversible ink redeposition.
