摘要
用多种技术指标对单种煤质量进行分析评价并细化分组,通过实验室细化分组的炼焦试验数据,筛选出用于工业试验的配煤方案。工业试验结果表明:常规配煤炼焦生产工艺,通过细化分组配煤炼焦后,M40改善幅度较大,可提高1.5%~1.7%;M10改善效果不明显。
Single kind of coal quality is analyzed and evaluated with many technical indexes and further grouped, by means of coke- making test data from lab further grouping, the coal blending schemes from commercial test are selected. The commercial test results show: with the conventional coal blending and coke- making production process, by further grouping coal blending and coke -making, M40 index can be much increased by 1.5% - 1. 7% ; but there is no obvious improvement of M10.
