关于中国核战略,学界存在着不同的描述方法,这部分地是由于中、英文语境差别造成的。作者辨析了核武器作用的相关中英文概念,并从毛泽东核战略思想出发,通过考察中国核武器发展战略和核力量运行战略,论证中国的核战略是反核威压,而不是最低核威慑。

There are varying descriptions of China’s nuclear strategy, which partially are due to terminological mismatches between the Chinese and the English. This paper analyzes those terms related to the role of nuclear weapons, traces Mao Zedong’s nuclear doctrines, explores China’s strategies in nuclear development and operations, and demonstrates that China’s nuclear strategy is based on counter-nuclear coercion instead of minimum nuclear deterrence.
