摘要
采用4种不同浓度的矮必施叶面喷施多年生黑麦草,通过对施药后多年生黑麦草的株高、地下生物量、叶绿素含量等各项生物学指标的观测。结果表明:喷施用量为2 000 mg/kg的矮必施在抑制黑麦草的生长、增加分蘖数、促进地下根系的生长、提高叶绿素的含量、提高草坪质量方面具有显著效果,但当施用量达到2 500 mg/kg时会对黑麦草产生过度抑制作用。
Perennial ryegrass were treated with different concentration of vegetation retardant ＂Aihishi＂. Stem length, underground biomass and chlorophyll were obtained, Results showed that the concentration of 2 000 mg/kg have the significant effects on restraining growth, expanding tiller number, developing the growth of the underground roots, enhancing the content of chlorophyll and improving the quality of tuff. However, the concentration of 2 500 mg/kg would extra-inhibit the growth of perennial ryegrass.
