自适应模糊控制在原铝精准吸出系统中的应用

摘要 分析了原铝吸出过程中影响吸出精度的主要环节,针对铝电解生产的特点,设计了原铝吸出精准控制系统,并引入自适应模糊控制来解决吸出过程中多种因素对吸出精度的负面影响.在160kA系列电解槽的应用中表明,采用本方法可以有效地控制原铝吸出精度,并可达到预期目的. An accurate liquid aluminum siphoning system is designed based on the analysis of the main steps affecting the siphoning precision during the process and on the characteristics of aluminum electrolytic production, and the adaptive fuzzy control is used to solve the negative effects of these factors in the process. It is indicated, in the application of a series of 160KA electrolytic pots, that this method is able to control the precision of the liquid aluminum siphoned and meet the expected goal.
