摘要
茶泡文化是广西玉林市一种独特而典雅的饮食习俗,从其产生至今,经历了一个倍受推崇到濒临消失的起落过程。对茶泡文化进行抢救与保护是必要的,同时也是可行的。在抢救与保护的过程中应注重传承与开发并举:第一,创特色,出系列,营造茶泡文化的软硬环境与浓郁氛围;第二,论坛会展双管齐下,激活茶泡文化的宣传;第三,突显文化、打造品牌,以新思路拓展茶泡市场新局面。
The Tea-making Culture, as a special and graceful diet custom in Yulin, Guangxi, has experienced a rise - and - fall period from being highly recommended to being coldly treated. It is necessary as well as possible to save and protect the Tea - making Culture. During the process of save and protection, inheritance and development should be equally valued: firstly, to build a soft and hard environment and thick atmosphere for Tea- making Culture by creating specialties and producing series; secondly, to hold forums and exhibitions to motivate the Tea - making Culture; finally, to expand new markets for Tea- making Culture with new ideas by valuing the culture and building the brand.
