Dynamic Model of Bacteria Growth in Water Distribution System

摘要 建立给水管网中的细菌生长动力学模型是模拟实际管网中细菌生长的情况,揭示管网悬浮菌、生物膜、营养基质浓度以及消毒剂浓度之间的相互作用机理的主要途径。为此综合比较了目前国外提出的几种主要动力学模型,包括SSB模型、SANCHO模型和BAM模型等,详细介绍了各种模型的基本原理及其在该研究领域的优点和局限性,为我国在该领域的研究提出了建议。 Establishing dynamic models to describe the process of bacterial growth in drinking water distribution systems is an important method to explain the common relationships among suspended bacteria, biofilm, disinfectants and nutrients. Some models which are applied in the research of bacterial growth are compared, including steady state biofilm model, SANCHO model, BAM model, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of the models which are widely applied in this field are summarized. By the review of some research conclusions, the suggestions in this research field in China are given.
