大涌水厂格栅间的清污机在运行中出现了导轨磨穿问题。根据实际情况,重新设计了具有较高强度且工作面具有高硬度和耐磨性的导轨。对导轨的安装和焊接采用了合理的工艺,还对导轨进行了防腐处理,从而保证了清污机的正常运行。

The lead rail was worn out while the screen cleaner running in the bar screen room of Dayong Water Plant. The lead rail was redesigned to make it more high strength, and the rail working face higher rigidity and higher abrasion performance according to the actual situations. To ensure the normal running of the screen cleaner, more reasonable technology on installing and welding the lead rail were adopted, and anticorrosion treatment of the lead rail was carried out.
