摘要
采用淋洗液在线发生离子色谱法测定了水中溴酸盐的浓度。选用了淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生高纯度KOH,配合阴离子捕获柱CR—ATC而大幅度降低了本底电导(0.6μS左右).同时选用可以支持大体积直接进样以提高检测灵敏度的高容量IonPac AS19阴离子分析柱、抑制型电导检测器,对水中的痕量溴酸盐进行了准确的定性定量分析。KOH淋洗液的梯度淋洗明显改善了溴酸根离子与其他阴离子的分离效果,使整个检测过程简便、高效。该方法对溴酸盐的检出限为0.21μg/L,在1~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性(r=0.9997),对实际样品的加标回收率为88.4%~110%。
The paper introduces a method to detect bromate in water using on-line eluent generator, which produce high-purity KOH automatically. The baseline conductivity is decreased (by around 0.6 μS) using anion trap column ( CR - ATC ). The separation and detection of bromate and other anions were obtained by high capacity anion separation column - IonPac AS19, which can support large volume injection in order to increase sensitivity obviously and suppressed conductivity detector. This method has advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, distinguished flexibility and easily operation. The method has a detection limit of 0.21 μg/L for bromate, has a good linear coefficient (r = 0. 999 7 ) under the detected bromate from 1 to 100 μg/L, and has a percent recovery of standard addition of 88.4% - 110 % for actual samples.
