试论新疆文化产业发展的制约因素及其对策

Factors of Restraining the Development of Cultural Industries in Xinjiang

文化产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业和支柱产业,有着巨大的发展潜力,对国家的经济和社会发展意义重大。在西部大开发的进程中,积极发展文化产业对促进新疆国民经济发展同样具有重要意义。然而,当前新疆的文化产业中,存在着诸多制约其发展的不利因素。本文就此问题进行探析并提出新疆文化产业发展的对策。

Cultural industry, as a sunrise and pillar industry in the 21st century, has a tremendous potential for development and the significance for developing econmy and the society . In the process of developing the western regions , it is significant for developing the national ecomomy to develop cultural industry. However , in the process of developing cultural industry in Xinjiang , there are many unfavourable factors which restrain the development of cultural industry. The article mainly probes the restraining factors in the process of developing cultural industry in Xinjiang and puts forward some countermeasures for the development.
