摘要
对患者来说,其本人过去或现在所患的疾病、健康状况以及其他个人信息等,如果被泄露,可能直接影响到该患者的学习、工作和生活,使其个人的合法权益受到侵害。因此,保护患者隐私就成为医疗活动一个重要原则。
As far as patients are concerned, if their information, such as, the diseases which they got or has got, healthy condition and other individual information, is leaked, their study, work or life may be influenced and their legal rights such as physical and mental health may be hurt. Thus protecting patients＇ privacy becomes an important principle for medical activities.
