麻醉专业本科生进入临床实习以后,在向临床医师角色转换的过程中,指导教师将会起到重要的指导作用。通过临床带教,帮助学生理解麻醉工作的意义及本质,逐渐融入到临床角色当中;重视理论与实践相结合,提高解决临床实际问题的能力;关注人文精神,培养职业素质,加强职业道德教育。指导教师要以高度的责任感和认真严谨的工作态度去教育学生,在带教中融教授知识、培养能力、提高素质为一体,起到实习教学上的主导作用。

The teacher of guiding teaching plays a leading role during the undergraduates of anesthesia specialty entering the clinical practice and changing into the clinical doctors. By guiding the clinical practice, the teacher helps the students understand the significance and essence of the anesthesia and makes the students become clinical roles gradually, pay attention to combining theory with practice and increase their ability to solve practical clinical problems, pay close attention to human spirit and train their professional quality and strengthen professional moral. The teacher of guiding the clinical practice should have high sense of responsibility and serious attitude to educate the students, dissolve teaching the knowledge, training the ability and strengthening the quality in a whole and play a guiding role in practice teaching.
