Study of in Vitro Fertilization of Sheep's Ovary Oocytes

目前,羊的体外受精技术尚不完善,存在很多问题亟待解决.对近年来羊卵巢卵母细胞体外受精技术的研究现状和进展进行了综述,其中包括卵巢卵母细胞的采集、卵母细胞体外成熟、精子体外获能、体外受精.并且就影响卵巢卵母细胞体外成熟的因素和体外受精的方法进行了探讨.

So far, the technique of sheep＇s in vitro fertilization （IVF） still needs perfection, a lot of problems call for urgent solutions. Its latest relevant research and progress were summarized, including ovary oocytes collection, in vitro maturation of oocytes, sperms＇ in vitro capacity and fertilization. The factors affecting in vitro maturation of ovary oocytes and the method of in vitro fertilization were discussed.
