Determination of the Impact Range in Traffic Impact Analysis

通过分析土地开发对交通的影响,提出进行交通影响分析的必要性.在分析现行确定交通影响范围方法的基础上,指出定性研究方法的不足.探讨了确定影响范围应考虑的用地开发强度、项目周边路网的状况、公交可达性、项目本身四项因素,提出确定影响范围的定量方法,给出计算公式,并指出了公式的不足之处.

According to the analysis of traffic impact on land exploitation, the need of the traffic impact analysis （TIA） was introduced. Based on the analysis of existing methods in the determination of the range of traffic impact, the shortcomings of the qualitative analytical methods were pointed out. The four factors were discussed, including the intensity of land use in the determination of impact range, the conditions of surrounding road network, the accessibility of public transportation facilities and the project itself. A quantitative method for the determination of impact range was given, together with the formulas and their demerits.
