摘要
研究了一种从玉米制淀粉的废水中提取高附加值产品植酸钙的新工艺.此工艺采用动态多次循环酸浸、二次复合碱高效中和及絮凝剂高纯处理等先进的提取方法;从而克服了传统工艺提取率低、品级差且生产周期长等诸多缺点,使植酸钙的磷含量由原来的18%~25%升至43%以上,而蛋白质含量则由8%~10%降至0.4%以下.该工艺操作简单,实用性强,并且减轻了废水对环境的污染.
A technique was studied for extracting calcium phytate, a product with high added value from wastewater in the production of starch with corns. Many advanced extracting methods were adopted in the technique, such as dynamic multi- cyclical acid immersion, dual efficient neutralization with compound alkali and high purity treatment with flocculant. Hence it overcomes the low extraction rate, low quality and long production cycle, etc in the traditional technique. The concentration of calcium phytate increases from 18% --25% to 43%, whereas that of protein declines from 8% - 10%s to 0.4%. The technique is of easy operation and high practicality, which alleviates environment pollution from wastewater.
