糖尿病 併高粘血症及自血光量子充氧回输疗效观察

Effects of Ultroviolet Blood Irradiation & Oxygenation (UBIO) Therapy on Patients with Diabetes Millitus Complicated with Hyper Viscosity.

摘要 糖尿病患者21例,经血液流变学、抗凝血酶活性(AT-Ⅲa)检测,均较正常组有显著差异(P<0.01),表现为不同程度的高粘血状态.采用自体血光量子充氧回输治疗后,结果显示:红细胞压积、全血低切变及高切变粘度较治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05);红细胞电泳时间显著缩短(P<0.001);AT-Ⅲa显著升高(P<0.005),空腹血糖显著降低(P<0.001),症状明显好转,有效率100%.该法具有明显增加血氧饱和量,降低血液粘稠度,改善微循环,调节免疫功能的作用. Hemorrheology and Antithrombin- Ⅲ activity (AT- Ⅲa) of 21 patients with diabetes millitus were detected. These patients displayed various degrees of hyperviscosity in contrast with the control (P<0. 01). After receiving UBIO therapy , blood glucose of the patients became lower than that of before treatment (P<0. 05) , The symptom of the patients was alleviated; Low and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity of the patients became lower than that of before treatment (P<0. 05 ); Red blood cell electropherosis time became shorter(P<0. 05) and HCT decreased; AT- Ⅲ a got hygher. The effective rate of this therapy is 100%. It suggested the therapy could decrease blood viscosity and improve microcirculation.
