Effect of Svate-3 on Red Cell Deformability in Cerebral Infarction

观察120例脑梗塞患者用精制蝗蛇抗栓酶(Svate-3)治疗有效率92.5%.治疗前患者的红细胞变形能力(RCD)明显低干对照组(P<0.01),病情越重,下降越明显(P<0.01).治疗后RCD明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),疗效越好,提高越显著(P<0.01).认为RCD的检测对了解病情、判断疗效有重要意义.在治疗脑梗塞时,重视RCD的提高,有助患者的康复.

Effect of Fushe Kangshuanmei-3(Svate-3)in 120 patients with cerebral infarction were studied. Effective rate of the therapy was 92. 5 %. Before the treatment ,deformability of the red blood cell(RCD) was significantly less than that in the control (P<0. 01)and decreased with the severity of the disease (P<0. 01). After the treatment ,it was obviously improved (P<0. 01) ,and its improvement was related with good effects (P<0. 01). We think that observation of RCD changes has an important significance in determining disease severity and therapeutic effect. Emphasizing on the RCD improvement during treatment may be helpful in rehabiliation of patients.
