摘要
本文对用西咪替丁治疗的过敏性紫癜35例临床及甲襞微循环改变进行了观察.有效率100%,与对照组比较有显著差异(x=8.17 P<O.01).治疗2周、4周甲襞微循环观察,西咪替丁组改善优于对照组(P<O.01).西咪替丁治疗过敏性紫癜具有疗效显著,病程缩短,治愈率高的特点,值得临床推广使用.
This study is to observe the change of the nailfold microcirculation of 35 cases suffering from allergic purpura treated with cimetidine. The effective rate is 100%. There are obvious difference between the treatment group and control group(x = 8. 127,P<0. 01). At the end of the second and fourth week, the nail-fold microcirculation were observed. The results are that the effects of cimetidine group are much better than the control group(P<0. 01). This observation shows that treatment of allergic purpura with cimetidine has a good effect, short period and high cure rate. It is worth spreading in clinic.
