摘要
本研究分别采用0,1.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,9.0,10.0mg/ml共10个不同浓度的NaF对2060份血液标本进行活性及抑制试验。结果表明:α-NAE可存在于多种血细胞中,并且不能被以上任何浓度的NaF完全抑制,仅呈轻度或中度不完全抑制。
The authors of this paper use 10 different concentrations of NaF separately such as 0, 1 5, 3 0, 4 0, 5 0, 6 0, 7 0, 8 0, 9 0 to test activity and restraint.The result shows that α NAE can exist in many kinds of blood cells, and no complete restraint is accomplished by any concentrations of NaF used in the experiment, but only mildly or moderately incomplete restraint appears.This result provides the new theoretial basis for the reappraisal of the value and significance of α NAE in the classifying dignosis of acute leukocythmia.
