摘要
使用三种抗凝法取血,观察B株猴疟配子体的活力。结果表明,去纤维蛋白抗凝法无化学试剂,对该疟配子体的活力影响最小,其次为肝素抗凝法,而枸橼酸钠抗凝法的影响最大。本文实验用的简易蚊饲血器,制做简单、取材广泛、可操作性强、用血量少、勿需生物膜覆盖。
In this paper, the activity of Plasmodium cynomolgi B strain′s gametes is observed in collecting blood in three different methods of anticoagulation.The result shows that the effect on the activity of the gametes in the method of defibrination anticoagulation is the least, because in this method there is no chemical reagent used.In the method of Heparin Sodium Salt anticoagulation the effect is the second, and in the method of Sodium Citrate A.R.anticoegulation the greatest.In our expriments, the instalation of feeding mosquitoes with blood is very simple and easy in operation, the amount of blood used is very small, and it needn′t be covered with biomembrane, so it is an effective tool of feeding mosquitoes with blood.
