去势SD大鼠股骨骨髓细胞纤连蛋白(FN)的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨去势后SD大鼠骨质疏松发生过程中股骨骨髓细胞纤连蛋白(FN)的表达情况及FN与骨质疏松的发生之间是否具有相关性。方法在建立绝经后骨质疏松模型(去势SD大鼠)的基础上用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)来检测去势不同时期SD大鼠股骨骨髓细胞纤连蛋白(FN)的表达。结果在SD去势后骨质疏松发生过程中股骨骨髓细胞纤连蛋白(FN)的表达有增强的趋势,并且破骨性前体细胞都呈强阳性表达;非去势对照组SD大鼠股骨骨髓细胞FN呈弱阳性表达。结论在雌激素缺乏的情况下,骨髓细胞FN的表达加强;雌激素可能能抑制骨髓细胞FN的表达,从而抑制骨髓中破骨前体细胞的分化形成。 Objective To observe the expression of FN in femur marrow tissue in the developing osteoporosis of ovariectomized SD rats, and to study whether the expression of FN relates to the developing osteoporosis. Methods ovariectomying SD rats established osteoporotic modle. And then the method of ABC immunocytochemistic staining was used to show the FN at different time of developing osteoporosis. Results The expression of FN in femur marrow tissue of the modle increased as osteoporosis developting; The expression of FN in pre-osteoclast is the highest; The expression of FN in the control group is lower. Conclusion The expression of FN increased in the absence of estrogen; Estrogen is able to inhibit the differentiation and formation of the pre-osteoclast by reducing the expression of FN.
