摘要
文章在探讨乌鲁木齐市水资源开发利用现状的基础上,主要利用前人通过运用SD模型对乌鲁木齐进行中长期进行人口、粮食需求和农业生产能力预测,预测乌鲁木齐水资源承载能力的结果。提出了在水资源约束下乌鲁木齐绿洲城市发展的节水型城市发展模式、产业结构优化模式、新亚欧大陆桥绿洲经济带型模式。为实现其社会经济、水资源与生态环境之间的协调、健康发展。
This text is on the basis of probing into current situation of development and utilization of water resources of Urumqi, spends forefathers through using SD model, which is carried on population, grain demand and agricultural production capacity to predict midium or long term in Urumqi mainly, showing the result of the water resource bearing capacity in Urumqi. It has proposed the water--saving urban development model of development of oasis city of Urumqi under the circumstances that the water resource is restrained, the industrial structure optimizes the mode, new Asian--European land bridge oasis econonay bringing type model. This realizes coordination among its social economy, water resource and ecological environment, sound development.
