能源是中国社会高速发展的根本动力,而能源的核心问题是石油,能源战略的重点之一就是石油安全。中国在能源的进口上过于单一化,其安全受到威胁。而作为与拥有丰富油气资源的中亚接壤的新疆将会在中国石油进口的多元化问题上起到至关重要的作用。借此契机,新疆与中亚达成的互利经贸合作也必将会成为新疆发展的一大机遇。

The energy is the basic motiviation of the social high--speed development of Chinese, but the core problem of energy is the petroleum. One of most important problems of energy strategy is the safety of petroleum. The import of petroleum of China is so single that its safety is subjected to threat. But Xinjiang,as a neighbor of Central Asia which is abundant in oil resources, will play a vital role in diversified import of petroleum for China.
