酷似急性心肌梗塞的急性重症病毒性心肌炎的诊断与救治

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Severe Acute Viral Myocarditis Closely Resembling Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

报告５例以胸痛、心衰、低血压、心电图异常和心肌酶升高为主要表现，临床酷似急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）的急性重症病毒性心肌炎，其中早期误诊ＡＭＩ４例。结合文献对误诊原因、救治方法。

Five patients of severe acute viral myocarditis with chest pain, CHF, hypotension, ECG abnormalities and elevated myocardial enzyme as present symptoms were reported.The manifestations of these patients closely resembled AMI.There were 4 patients mistaken as AMI in the early diagosis.This paper deals with the cause of wrong diagnosis, method of treatment, application of adrencortical hormone and placement of makeshift cardiac pace maker.
