珠海市职业教育与产业发展适应性的调查与思考

The Investigation and Reflection on the Adaptability of Vocational Education to the Industrial Development in Zhuhai

职业教育要能够很好地为地方经济发展服务，必须在发展规模、速度、专业布局以及整体水平等方面与当地经济发展，尤其是产业结构相适应。文章在充分调查的基础上，分析、探讨了珠海职业教育与其产业结构的不相适应状况，并从战略定位、布局调整、机制创新、教学改革等方面提出发展珠海职业教育建议。

Vocational education must be adapted to the local economic development, especially, to the industrial structure in developing scale, speed, professional layout and overall level to well serve the local economic development. This article, on the basis of full investigation, analyzes and researches the inadaptability of Zhuhai＇s vocational education to its industrial structure. It also gives some suggestions on how to develop Zhuhai＇s vocational education in terms of strategic position, layout adjustment, and mechanism innovation, etc.
