摘要
传统的高校德育重视“规范伦理”,忽视“德性伦理”;重视显性德育课程,忽视隐性德育课程;重视德育知识的传授,忽视德育的“内化”与“外化”。究其原因在于忽视对学生道德主体意识的培养。高校德育应该转变观念,明确目标,注重实践环节,加强大学生道德主体意识的培养。
In traditional college moral education, it attaches more importance to " norm ethic " and overt moral education courses as well as moral knowledge, but ignores "moral ethics" and hidden moral education courses as well as the "internalization" and "externalization" to moral education. The reason lies in the neglect to the ethical subjective awareness training for students. We should change idea and clear goals, focus on students' practice, strengthen of the training to students' ethical subjective awareness.
