摘要
文章依据党的新一届中央领导集体提出的科学发展观,提出以本科教学工作水平评估为手段,建立一种本科教育内部和外部协调互动的机制,形成一种发展导向,以评促建,从理论和实践两个层面阐述以评促建能够有效地推动本科教育健康发展。
The present article discusses the establishing of the mechanism of harmonious development in undergraduate education by means of teaching evaluation. It also presents ways to efficiently promote undergraduate education.
