摘要 美国的多元文化教育经历了不同的发展阶段,目前,关注教学策略、提升少数族群学生的学业成就成为新的研究热点。在吸收人类学、哲学、社会学、民族学、心理学思想的基础上,通过对不同文化背景中学生学习风格的研究,发展了指向提升学生学业成绩、培养学生评判性思维和指向学习机会平等的教学策略。美国中小学多元文化教学策略的探索为多民族国家中针对不同文化背景的学生,建立文化适应性教学策略,实施有效教学提供了有益经验。 America has experienced different developmental stages for the multi-cultural education. It has been a favored topic nowadays to pay special attention to the teaching strategy of better achievement among minority students. Based on the research on anthropology, philosophy, sociology, ethnology, psychology, researchers investigate the different learning styles among students from different background, generating the strategies of providing equal opportunities for students to achieve better results, cultivating their critical way of thinking. What America has done offers us the experience in teaching students from different background, establishing the idea of efficient cultural adaptability in classroom teaching.
