On the Nationality Relations in Present Kazakhstan

当代哈萨克斯坦历史、政治、文化发展进程中,由于苏维埃联盟时期相辅相成、互助友爱、共同发展的民族关系,以及独立后国家的政治制度和民族政策,为其民族关系的健康发展提供了良好的环境。影响哈萨克斯坦当前民族关系稳定的主要因素是:政权体系的哈萨克化,对国民精神的核心价值问题认识不统一,以及民族主义思潮有所抬头。

In the development of Kazakhstan history, politics, and culture, the mutually supporting and mutually developing nationality relations during the period of allying with USSR and the Kazakhstan political system and national policies after its independence provide a favorable environment for a healthy development of nationality relations. The main factors influencing the stability of nationality relations in present Kazakhstan are the Kazakhstanization of power system, the disparity in recognizing the core values of national spirit, and the rise of nationalism.
