摘要
本文试图从理论角度解释科技创新在城市经济增长中的作用及发生机制,并选取10个样本城市分析我国目前城市科技创新能力的现状,最后提出一些提高城市技术创新能力的措施。
This article attempts to explain the role and the mechanism in urban economic growth of scientific and technical innovation theoretically, choosing 10 sample cities and analysing the current situation of the scientific and technological innovation ability in the cities at present , putting forward some measures of improving the technological innovation ability finally.
