摘要 介绍了采用氧瓶燃烧和离子选择性电极测定药物中碘含量的方法。在由0.01 mol/LKNO_3和0.04 mol/L Vc组成的混合介质中,I^-的标准曲线在7.5×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-2)mol/L儿浓度范围呈线性。Vc改善了I^-在溶液中的稳定性并提高了方法的准确度。用于甲状腺片中碘的分析,其相对标准偏差和回收率分别为7.8%(n=7)和100.4%。 This paper describes a method for measurement of the content of iodide in Pharmaceuticals with oxygen-flask combustion and ion-selective electrode. In the mixed medium composed of 0. 01 mol/L KNO3 and 0. 04 mol/L Vc ,the calibration curve for I was linear in the concentration of 7. 5×10-7~1. 0X10-2 mol/L. The relative standard deviation and recovery of the method were 7. 8% (n = 7) and 100. 4% ,respectivity.
