摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ,ESWL)对上尿路结石的治疗。方法回顾分析2003年5月20日～2005年12月31日收治的520例有症状的上尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果在ESWL治疗患者中,1个月后结石排净率为80.0 % ,2个月为85.0 % ,3个月后为85.5 %。结石残留2例,2例无效而改成开放手术治疗。大多数患者除出现皮肤瘀斑和血尿外,无肾血肿等严重并发症。结论 ESWL已成为上尿路结石安全、有效的首选治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the current situation of treating upper urinary tract calculi. Methods The information of 520 cases of upper urinatry tract calculi which were treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and open surgery was analysed. Results The cases were treated with ESWL ,The stone-free rate was 80.0% at 1 month,85.0 % at 2 month and 85.5% at 3 month,respectively. Conclusion ESWL is a safe and effective treatment to upper urinary calculi.
