妊娠期糖尿病患者产后42天的转归

The postpartum follow-up in pregnancy complicated by gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨影响妊娠期糖尿病患者预后的因素。方法:选取155例妊娠期糖尿病患者,于产后42天时行75 g葡萄糖耐量试验。结果:78例(占50.3%)患者OGTT复查结果正常;63例(占40.6%)患者转变为IGT;14例(占9%)转变为Ⅱ型糖尿病。3组间除服糖后3 h与1 h间的比值外,其它各时间段血糖值的比值间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病妇女是转变为II型糖尿病患者的高危人群,应加强对妊娠期糖尿病妇女孕时和产后的规范化管理。

Objective： To assess the postpartum follow -up in pregnancy complicated by gestational diabetes mellitusMethods： 155 women having GDM in their index pregnancies were invited to have oral 75 g glucose tolerance test （OGTF） on postpartum 42 days interview. Results： Diabetes was found in 14 cases （9%）, impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） and normal glucose tolerance in 63 （40. 6% ） and 78 （50. 3% ） cases respectively, Except for PG3/PG1, the other ratios of OGTT have significant difference between the three groups. Conclusion： Gestational diabetes mellitus identifies a popnlation of women at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. It is important to give suitable treatment during and after pregnancy.
