对BOT模式应用在汽车涂装线中的实践,以及项目实施完成后,如何进行涂装线生产管理和产品质量的控制进行了分析和总结。此次尝试,对汽车涂装线的项目融资,由单一的自筹加贷款,扩展到由材料供应商投资、建设、拥有、经营的BOT模式,在投资主体、项目建设、经营管理、风险控制方面都是一个有益的实践。

This paper summaries use practice of BOT mode in automobile application line and how to do the management and control the quality of products after the project done. This is a try to invest in an automobile application project from by single self-financing and loaning to by BOT mode that is invested, built, owned and managed by material providers.
