摘要
１９９５年１０月至１９９６年４月的雪灾给青海省玉树藏族自治州畜牧业带来的巨大损失及深刻地教训，围绕正在实施的草地基本建设，提出了围栏草地综合治理、人工草地建植、牦牛和藏羊肥育场建设、放牧管理等方面的建议。
The great loss to animal husbandry in Yushu Tibetan Prefecture of Qinghai Province brought by snow disaster from October 1995 to April 1996 was discussed in detail. The suggestion of fencing grassland comprehensive administration、 artificial grassland building、 Yat and Tibetan sheep fattening farm establishment、 grazing management were put forward around the grassland implementing fundamental constructing, so as to increase the ability of fighting natural calamities and protecting animals.
