摘要
用量子点标记菠萝蛋白酶,以此为荧光探针,监测其与纤维蛋白原的反应过程.实验结果表明,随着反应时间的增加,荧光光谱逐渐蓝移,荧光强度也逐渐下降.
For detecting the process of reaction between Bromelain and Fibrinogen, quantum dots synthesized in aqueous solution were used to label bromelain in order to form CdTe-Bromelain. CdTe-Bromelain were used to detect the reaction process between CdTe-Bromelain and Fibrinogen as fluorescent probes. The results show that fluorescence spectrum is gradual blue-shift and the fluorescence intensity declines gradually with the increase of time.
