摘要
为分析钻杆的井下受力状态,应用直梁应变片式测力传感器,研制了一种基于虚拟仪器平台的钻杆四分量力测量系统。传感器系统随钻柱同轴旋转,终端单片机定时采集试件所承受的径向力、轴向力和扭矩等参数。L abV IEW调用串口A ctiveX控件的M SComm中断通讯模式,并结合I/O子系统设置和数据同步方法,实现了串口无线采集和钻杆转角测量的多线程检测。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现模拟钻杆在低钻速条件下(<180 r/m in)的实时测量,为钻杆振动特性的理论分析提供了实验依据。
Drill strings are subject to fatigue damage by alternating cyclic bending stresses. A multithread wireless system is developed to measure the four-component forces acting on a simulated drill string on a LabVIEW workbench. A microcontroller measures the axial force, radial force, and torque with a straight beam strain gauge sensor. The sensor rotates with the simulated drill string. The system uses an MSComm ActiveX controller, an I/O subsystem and data synchronization for multithread angle pulse counting and wireless readouts of the four-component force data and the resultant radial force vector. The system provides on-line measurements at drilling velocities less than 180 r/min for analyzing drill string vibrations.
