蓄能电站复杂管道系统自激振动的防止和消除 被引量:9

Prevention of self-excited oscillations in complicated water diversion channels of pumped storage power stations

摘要 对广州抽水蓄能电站二期球阀密封退投试验所引发的管系自激振动进行了分析,并做了进一步的理论研究,认为发生机组管系振动事故的原因在于机组上游的球阀密封漏水时呈现出的柔性阀门特性。这种柔性阀门特性的形成与密封水的引水方式有关。针对上述分析,提出了改变密封水引水点及加设旁通阀等措施,防止或者消除球阀引起的自激振动事故。特征线法的模拟结果证明了这些措施的可行性。 Analysis of the opening and gating of the globe valve seal at the Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station showed that the flexible character of the globe valve may cause the self-excited oscillations on the flow channels. The flexible character is related to the location where the pressured water flows into the globe valve's seal, Suggestions are given to eliminate the self-excited oscillations. The suggestions include changing the valve seal pressured water inlet location or using a by-pass valve. Simulations using the characteristics method verfies the feasibility of the suggestions,
