摘要
从矿区实施循环经济的背景及意义出发,指出循环经济是矿区发展的必然选择,并结合矿区循环经济发展模式的构建,提出了发展矿区循环经济所需的技术支撑;通过对矿区循环经济发展的误区分析,指出矿区发展循环经济要实现从过分注重物质效益向重视非物质化服务功能开发的转变,对矿业生态工业园区建设和构建矿区复合生态系统提出了相关建议。
Based on the background and significance of circular economy in the mining area, we pointed out that developing circular economy is the inevitable choice of the mining area. According to the mining area circular economy mode, the needed technique sustain was put forward. By analyzing the wrong opinion, the developing circular economy in mining area should pay more attention to the non- materialization service function rather than the material performance. At last some suggestions on the eco-system industrial park and composed eco-system were given out.
