摘要
笔者从煤的成因及结构着手,阐述了煤溶解的几种机理、溶煤微生物菌种选择、可被微生物溶解的煤、微生物溶煤产物的性质及结构特点、微生物溶煤产物的应用,探讨了煤的微生物转化研究的现状。指出寻求与培育出高效菌种、探索溶煤产物的新用途及从溶煤产物中分离抽提出高附加值的化工品是今后煤的微生物转化的重要研究方向。
Bioconversion of coal is a new way to utilize coal. This paper, entering on the course of forming and the structure of coal, expatiates several kinds of biosolubilization mechanismthe, selection of biosolubilization strains, biosoluble coals, the character and configuration of bioconverted products and applications of biosolubilized coal products and discusses the actuality of studying bioconversion of coal .It points out the important studying aspects in this field in the future are to seek better strains, to grope for new approaches to utilize of biosolubilized coal products and take out chemical combination with accessional value from biosolubilized coal products.
