摘要 从光度学和色度学中有关光谱、颜色测量的原理出发,针对发光二极管(LED)光谱测量应用的要求,介绍一种能用于LED光谱参数测量的系统设计,并在实践中对相关的理论和测试方法进行探讨和验证.该系统采用反射式平面光栅作为分光器件,线阵CCD作为多通道光电转换器件,通过实验测量出LED的光谱功率分布参数,同时计算出反映LED发光特性的峰值波长及反映目视感觉的主波长等. Abstract: relating to measuring Aimed at the demands on spectral measurement and application of LED and based on the theories spectral and color measurement in photometry and eolorimetry, this paper introduces a spectral and analyzing system, which uses plane reflected grating as light splitting device and linear CCD as multi-channel photoelectric conversion device and can measure the spectral parameters of LED and calcu- late peak wavelength reflecting the luminescence character and domain wavelength corresponding to feel of eyes. Moreover, this paper carries out discussions and demonstration on the related theories and testing methods in practice.
