This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the development of automobile service business in Chongqing, summarizes the developing trend of automobile service business and its requirements for human resources, and aimed at the characteristics of vocational and technical education, puts forward some suggestions as to the construction of majors, business association, curriculum construction, teachers＇ training and school-running patterns.
